Traders show that in spite of the present sluggish transactions, the possibility of dumping is small. Thus they do not worry about the future market. As to Vanadium Pentoxide, the price is at 7-7.4 USD/pound.The price in American market is still firm, but the transaction is ordinary for the time being. At present, the market price is 17-17.25 USD/pound. Since May, inquiries in the market become much less. It also means the domestic demand for Ferro-vanadium is increasing. Thus the market price is out of their concern. The Indian market shows no change at all. The mainstream market price is 760-800 Rupees/kg. The import price is 760 rupees/kg. As the domestic price of Ferro-vanadium in India is rather high, the sellers refuse to ship at a low price. They believe the purchase will gradually accumulate next week. |
