World Expo Shanghai is impending. Recently the ninth metallurgical system's annual meeting for tourism work organized by Baosteel International Travel Service was held in Baoshan Hotel. Totally 23 member units including the relevant tourism departments from Baosteel, WISCO and Ma Steel as well as 6 travel agencies outside the metallurgical enterprises such as Jiangxi Friendship Travel Agency attended the annual meeting.

The metallurgical system annual meeting for tourism work hosted by the Tourism Association of metallurgical system was held once every year and organized by each member unit. The main topic of this annual meeting is how each member unit can provide better tourism service cantering on World Expo. In the meeting Baosteel International Travel Service introduced in details the operation process for relevant World Expo Tourism and the preparations for World Expo.

As one of the 45 designated travel agencies for reception of World Expo, Baosteel International Travel Service has signed intention of cooperation with nearly 40 star rated hotels in East China, collected over 300 large and small vehicles and furnished more than 80 tourist guides responsible for reception of World Expo. In order to solve the catering in the Expo site, relying on the Hotel Property Management Company, Baosteel International Travel Service especially set up a fast food restaurant in the Puxi part of Expo site to convenience the tourists to have meals.

The reporter also learnt that integrating the six advantages in halls and pavilions reservation, parking positions, vehicle arrangement, ticket price, hotel rooms and catering service, Baosteel International Travel Service has elaborately designed 30 routes for the tourists to choose. Moreover the sales of World Expo entrance tickets for which Baosteel International Travel Service is responsible are good and the intention for cooperation of nearly 130,000 tickets has been reached.
