International Aluminum Corp.'s reorganization plan has been confirmed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware, according to court documents.

"We have accomplished what we set out to do and are very enthusiastic about our company's future outlook," Dick Almy, International Aluminum's chief executive officer, said in a statement. The company expects to emerge from bankruptcy this month under the new name International Architectural Group LLC (IAG), it said.
